Good afternoon friends;
First, I am so glad I found this wonderful group! I really can use some advice from medical librarians! I do work in a small academic library {22+ years}! I love my job and love working with students & faculty, however, I can't breathe! If you get my drift. Some people are making it extremely hard for me to be here! Alas!
So II am trying to jump from academic to medical library, I would greatly appreciate if someone could give me an idea what are the expectations of  medical librarians compared to academic? Any feedback will be greatly appreciated!
