Hello-
I have had a search request come in from a CME coordinator for physician
education on the topic of human trafficking. She would like it if the
offering was accredited for Category 1 CME.
She has located three possibilities so far:
· Doctors: Learn How to Recognize Victims of Child Sex Trafficking
<http://www.doc-path.org/path>: This is a 0.5 credit CME from PATH
(Physicians Against the Trafficking of Humans). It is free of charge.
· Trafficking in Person: A Primer for the Health Care Professional
<https://www.cmda.org/resources/page/human-trafficking-continuing-education-modules>:
This series of 11 one-hour modules is provided by the Christian Medical &
Dental Associations. Viewers can choose to view one or more modules. The
cost is $20 per credit charge. To receive CME credit after viewing the
module(s), viewers must complete and return this form
<https://www.cmda.org/library/doclib/trafficking-in-persons-payment-form-1-8-18.pdf>.
· Human Trafficking: identification and Assessment of Victims
Essential
<https://www.continuingeducation.com/course/cmez759/human-trafficking/>:
This one-credit course is $15.00 and is presented by *OnCourse Learning*.
May I tap your collective brains for other ideas?
Thanks so much for any help you can offer--
