Subject: [EXTERNAL] Zotero and security

Our IT recently stopped supporting Zotero MS Word plugin and online syncing.

Zotero security has been discussed before on MEDLIB-L and I do not think anyone knew of specific concerns - is that still true? DO other libraries prohibit Zotero software?

Has any library taken the opposite approach of stopping payment for proprietary citation management and only supported Zotero?

thanks

bob
