Dear France-

     I got a notice from the post office that a package that I sent to you
     (BACKMED items) was found empty at a mail handling facility in Jersey
     City, New Jersey.  I don't recall if I sent you multiple cartons or
     not - can you give me a list of what I was to send you, and I will
     initiate a search/claim with the post office.
