I do not like finding surveys/tools! Lol J No, really, these questions always seem to stump me. I have searched PubMed and CINAHL and even Google, and while I am finding articles on surveys and nurse satisfaction/communication, I am not find exactly what I need. I find articles on surveys for patient satisfaction or nurse evaluation of their managers (but not CNO, specifically) or nurse satisfaction with their jobs and how to retain nurses, etc.

Help! Any advice on search strings or where to search? Our CNO is looking for an actually questionnaire she can use to determine what her nurses want from her, the CNO. Maybe it's just a Monday afternoon and I'm hungry and I can't think...
