Hi Oscar,
you don't mention the subject focus for the idea. The Association of
Vision Science Librarians compiled a list of MEDLINE-indexed journals
publishing case reports several years ago:
http://www.avsl.org/resources/medline-indexed-journals-which-publish-vision-related-case-reports/.
That's a start.
PubMed does have an article-type filter for case reports, so it's easy
enough to do a subject search, narrow or broad, and then filter; perhaps
also limit to recent years, since journals do change policies.
Another option: chose "Journals in NCBI databases" under the "More
Resources" heading on the PubMed landing page; type in
case reports
That gives you about 150 journals with the phrase in their titles.

But yield who will to their separation,
My object in living is to unite
My avocation and my vocation
As my two eyes make one in sight.
Only where love and need are one,
And the work is play for mortal stakes,
Is the deed ever really done
For Heaven and the future's sakes.
