Hi, we've been having trouble with Quintessence ejournals, and I'm wondering if other
people are too.

We subscribe to the dental journals listed below via EBSCO:

The International Journal of Oral & Maxillofacial Implants
The International Journal of Periodontics & Restorative Dentistry
International Journal of Periodontics Rest Dentistry
The International Journal of Prosthodontics
Journal of Orofacial Pain
Quintessence International

EBSCO can't automatically register us for them, so we register them through the
Quintessence site (entering the IP address, and creating a login and password). Then
the weirdness begins. The reference librarian and I can access content. The dentists
(who have the same external IP address that we have), try to access content and end up
in an endless login loop. I had one of them try to login from my PC, and he still got
stuck in the loop. One dentist hadn't been able to access content, and then one
Saturday, he could. Then Monday, he couldn't. We've emailed EBSCO, but all we get is
"your registration is fine."

Sorry to be so long winded-- if anyone has had any experience with this, I'd love to
hear about it.

Thanks,
Ann

relaxation, he would go mad or become unstable without knowing it.
