Friends,
I need two articles from Healthplan published by AAHP.
Healthplan July/August  1996 pg 15
Healthplan Nov/Dec 1994 pg 70.

I have no more information than the above.  I don't have authors name or
title.  It's possible the article beginning on these pages is more than one
page.  If so, then I need the entire article. Articles should have something
to do with case/care management.

None of our local libraries carry this journal.  Will pay up to $5 per
article.  I need it by 5 pm CST Thursday.
