I would be so grateful for any suggestions of where to go for the following reference question:

The doctor is writing an article about gastroenterologists who were victims of the Holocaust including those who were exiled from Nazi-occupied Europe. He is trying to find out biographical information (when and under what circumstances they immigrated to America) about Dr. George B. Jerzy Glass, Emil Applebaum-Kowalski, Antoni Tuchendler (1873-1957), and Richard Bauer of Vienna (1879). Thanks for your help!
