Good Friday Morning!

Our DME is following up on a suggestion to post speaker's notes,
bibliographies, etc. on our local intranet for physicians who were
unable to attend Grand Rounds. I checked the Medlib archives and found
some libraries that tape the presentations for sale, but this is
different. We're interested in putting up the PowerPoint presentations
and any other materials the speaker may bring. I realize that this
might be considered republishing and we wouldn't be able to do it
without the speaker's permission. I've also attended enough Grand
Rounds in my time to realize that the speakers may not pay attention to
copyright and post other's work in their presentations. Do any
institutions presently do something like this? Do you have a standard
permission form that you use? What problems have you experienced? Any
other suggestions will be welcome.

Thanks.
