I am at a loss.

I have been asked to find a CME program, or an educational module, on "chart completion."

My searches have turned up nothing worth passing on.

Do you all know of such a beast?

I appreciate any help you can provide.

If it takes you more than 10 minutes to find anything, you are wasting time.  Contact the Medical Library.  Finding what you need, no matter how obscure, is what we do.
