Dear Fellow Medlibbers:
 
I have a Third-year Family Practice Resident who is looking for an
interesting place to do his last month-long rotation.  He is looking to go
to underserved areas such as Indian Reservations or rural areas either in
the States or abroad.  I'm stumped.  Where can I find this information for
him?
