Just trying to help a friend out here... we've had some restructuring here,
and one result has been a newly configured department comprising quality
management, JCAHO & other regulatory compliance, infection control and
hospital safety.  Sort of a "how to do things right and safely and according
to the rules" department.  They're looking for a name to put on this
division... anyone have any suggestions?  My only stipulation is that it
can't have "library" or "information" in the title! ;-)
