What has happened to the Drug and Therapeutics Bulletin? Their web site
seems to have disappeared. I have their URL as:

www.dtb.org.uk

I was lucky to have an acquaintance locally who had a copy of the
particular article I need, but I'm sure my doctors will request from this
journal in the future.  Does anyone know how I can contact them?
