I might suggest you call a company called RIGHT ON PROGRAMS. They have a
great many programs for cataloging material like you are inquiring about.
 The use the slogan, the affordable alternative, and seem to live up to it.
 Ask them specifically about a program called ON-LINE CATALOG EXPANDED...it
would, I think, do the job for you.  Their software is very easy to learn and
