We have something like a behavioral health urgent care in my county through our local Community Mental Health, but it goes to where the people in crisis are.  They travel to people’s homes, the hospital ER, and the prison/jail.  It is called a mobile crisis unit:

“CMH Mobile Crisis Unit

The Mobile Crisis Unit will respond to any location in St. Clair County 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist individuals who may be experiencing symptoms of mental illness.” 

Maybe try “mobile crisis unit” or “behavioral crisis unit” as search terms?
