Good morning and excuse the cross-posting.

Our senior leadership team would like to know how many hospitals or
hospital systems at one time had institutional access (either on campus,
systemwide IP authenticated or both IP authenticated and remote access)
to Up-to-Date and then cancelled the subscription because of cost. NB:
leadership is not interested in standalone library or individual
subscriptions.

1. How was staff informed that the institutional subscription was being
cancelled?

2. What was the collective reaction when informed cancellation was due
to cost? Did any departments offer to "kick in" and subsidize a portion
of the cost?

3. How did staff fill the void left by the UTD cancellation?

Please answer off-list - will summarize if there is interest.

Many thanks.

Maura
