Getting your message heard by your library’s leaders is essential for your
personal success and for the health and growth of your library. Few
financial and business decision-makers recognize the real value of their
libraries or speak “library.” Many librarians lack skills to communicate to
leaders in ways they understand. “Librarians, Get What You Want!,” led by a
librarian and a business leader, shows you how to combine librarian
knowledge with proven business techniques to create influence with the
decision-makers in your institution. You will engage case examples and
brainstorm strategies for communicating your value to your bosses. This
webinar will benefit any librarian who seeks greater influence in their
organization.
