Hello Medlibbers - does anyone use the Fifth Level of program evaluation for
training sessions? OR has anyone calculated Return on Investment of
calculated cost benefit ratios for training sessions.
I'm trying to apply the method promoted by Jack Phillips and ASTD. I am
looking for someone who can answer questions and/or offer advice.
Could you please contact me if you are familiar with this process?
