Please.  It's important.

Alright people.  This is it.

You must have a picture ID with you to board the plane.  A valid one,  
like a driver license, not a school ID.
You also must have your registration badge that came in the mail.   
Otherwise, you will not be admitted into the Convention Center.

I'm attaching a whole bunch of documents.  One describes the hotel,  
one is a phone list, another describes rules for liquids on flights  
(be very aware of these).  There are three different documents for  
flights, according to which Travelocity package you are in.  Just find  
the one that pertains to you (names of people are at the end of each  
schedule).

With the hotel, we will need to put down an "incidental deposit" when  
we get there -- on someone's credit card or with cash.  I think it's  
around $150, but I don't remember.  This deposit we get back before we  
leave the hotel, it just ensures that no one breaks or steals  
anything, or orders room service, or uses the phone.  PLEASE do not do  
any of what I just mentioned... unless you plan to pay for it  
yourself.  I guess we'll figure out the way to pay this deposit when  
we get there?

Amy said there is a discount through the MENC website to get $2 off  
the Airport Connection fee.  This is the shuttle that transports us to  
and from the airport and hotel.  It is $22 round trip, and must be  
paid in CASH.  So everyone go to menc.org and get your discount so you  
only have to pay $20.  I encourage you to go to the website anyway to  
check out the schedule of conference events and plan out your trip.

Weather report looks like rain for the next five days in Milwaukee, so  
pack accordingly.

Rides to the airport tomorrow morning:

1. My brother is driving my car.  He will take me, Emily, and Meghan.   
We plan to meet at the Music Building at 7:00am.  See you then!

2. Amy's mother will drive Amy, Michelle, Bill, and Rachael.  Meet at  
the Music Building at 6:45am

3. Talan arranged a ride for himself, John, and Aram.  You will leave  
the Music Building at 10:00am.

4. Sasha, Abby, and Melissa all have their own rides... so I'm told.   
If this is wrong, please meet us at the Music Building tomorrow and  
we'll try to work something out with rides.

The 10 of us flying out at around 9:30 will meet just inside the  
airport before checking bags.  Then we can all go through customs  
together.
