Alright, here goes all the new information on the Formal Dance!

WE met with Professor Neiweem today about the formal and have a tentative date
for March 5th, from 8 pm to 11 pm. Professor Neiweem is really excited about
the entire idea, and thinks that it will work.

I also spoke with Professor Stewart and the Jazz band today. Everyone seems to
be excited about it and interested. Almost everyone in the band wanted to do
it. I also spoke of having small combos, if any of them were interested and to
let me know.

So from here, we need to form a commitee that will take charge in the major
decisions. We have a lot of suggestions, and we'll need a lot of help. If
anyone is interested, please e-mail me @ [log in to unmask] and we'll form a
group this way. Also, we'll try to keep a separate list of e-mails going
around, I don't want people to think of this as too much information, and we'll
also try to hold a real meeting of the comittee in a week or two, and get that
off of the ground. We'll need to do a lot of things, like advertising as it
gets closer, and we'll need more then just a few working on this kind of stuff.

Thanks everyone, sorry for the lengthy e-mail, and just drop me a line if you
want to help.

Yvette
