Hey everybody-
Welcome back, hope you all had awesome breaks. As you know, we have  
regionals coming up next weekend. Therefore, we really need to have  
everyone at practice to play so we can get ready for the tournament.  
Very few people have shown up in the past few weeks and that needs to  
change for these next two weeks so we can be ready. So please plan  
your time and work for the next few weeks so you can make it to  
practice so we have enough people to play.

Also, as a reminder, if you are not going to come to practice, you  
need to please let me know ahead of time so we do not have to call  
people when we get to the gym. If we have to cancel practice (like we  
did both nights last week) due to a lack of players, I need to know  
hours before so I can let everyone know so people don't have to trek  
over to the gym for nothing.

Lastly, I want to apologize for having to be a hypocrite after telling  
you all this. I am still, unfortunately, out of commission until at  
least next week so I will most likely not be at practice since I  
cannot play.
