Spoke with Bill R. this morning and thought it would be helpful if you had some information prior to the 11th.

1) Fuel Oil purchasing information - Bill explained the two larger schools are able to receive a 7,500 gallon drop three or four times a year. These deliveries are made by tankard trucks that hold 30,000 gallons. The truck must deliver a full quarter at a time. The smaller schools don't have the capacity to receive that quantity. The larger schools get a better price because of their bulk purchasing.

2) Formula for IDEA allocation - WWSU is following the same distribution formula used by the State. i.e. 85% is based on the Dec 1st, 1998 child count and 15% is based on FY 01 ADM.

3) For my five minute feature, I have invited Penny to share the products from a course she just completed. You need to these. They're just terrific.

If you have questions about 1),2) or 3), please let me know and I will try to have that information for you by the 11th.
