There are some nice suggestions being offered for preparing for the NSMRE.
With the permission of the contributors to these comments I would like to
post their contributions not only to the Net they belong to but also the
other two Nets.  In other words, if you are a middle school teacher and you
write some thoughts about preparation for the NSMRE that you posted to your
middle school Net that would also be useful to the high school MathNet
and/or the elem MathNet, I would like to have your permission to post them
to the other Nets.  Usually I ask permission of each contributor before
cross posting but time is so short and such useful information is flowing,
that I would like to make it an assumption that I may cross post unless you
specify otherwise.
