What an interesting question.  I was one of the alpha testers for IBM along
with Deb Armitage.  We worked long and hard on a CD version of what you
described.  My understanding is that the CD bit the dust when the web
technology moved so quickly.  Although I have not been part of this for a
long time, I thought that work was just changing formats.  There were
multiple pieces to that Reinventing Education grant so maybe not everything
was completed.
