Good morning,

I've seen this in two situations:

1) Very low signal.  SyncML will cause the Treo to reset if it loses the 
signal in the middle of the process.

2) The calendar being sync'd has too many entries.  This usually causes 
an error 503 (in my limited experience), but did cause reboots.  My 
first step would be to reduce the number of days being sync'd -- try 
reducing to the last 5 and the next 10.
