Alex,

That worked perfectly, thanks. Here are the directions I wrote out for
the client, in case anyone needs them.

1) Go to your phone's main menu.

2) Choose "Media Center"

3) Choose "Browse and Download"

4) Choose "Ge New Applications"

5) Scroll down until you see "E-mail" choose this.

6) Choose "Mobile Email - Latest Version"

7) Follow directions to install this.

8) Choose yes when it asks you if you'd like to add an account.

9) Enter [log in to unmask] as your email and yournetid as your username.

10) Go back to the "Browse & Download" menu (follow steps 1 - 3).

11) Highlight Mobile Email (NOT the latest version we just downloaded).

12) Use one of your function keys (the right hand one in my case) to
choose "Options"

13) Choose "Cancel subscription"

14) After that finishes you can go to your mobile email as normal. It
has a new interface and works with the UVM email.
