Rupert has 2 installments and also only sends out one tax bill. On the upper right hand corner of the bill we do print "This is the only bill you will receive". If the
property changes hands we do the same as Readsboro. Tax bills provided by the attorneys doesn't always happen but we feel it is their job to provide the new owners with the bill.

responsible enough to call and ask. If neither of those things happen, they
get a delinquent bill in June.

Subject: Multiple tax payments
In Towns that have more than one tax payment Im wondering if you send
reminders for each installment prior to the due date? If so how do you do
this in NEMRC?
If you dont send out reminders how do you handle properties that changed
hands after you mailed the initial tax bill?
