Roxbury has a one man union contract.
Highway crew and office staff get a 2% raise.
Road Foreman makes $24.40 an hours, other full time employee makes $21.95 (this person gets step increases).
The part-time CDL driver makes $17.85 an hour.
The part-time non CDL driver makes $14.50 an hour. Needless to say, we do not have a hired person for that. No guaranteed hours and low pay does not bring them in when they basically are on call through the winter.

The full time employees have great benefits.

Subject: Road crew salary?

We are working on our budget for town meeting and would like to know what other towns are paying their Forman and road crew? Also does everyone automatically give a cost of living raise or do you have some kind of step system?

Thanks
