We adopted the VLCT draft policies pretty much verbatim, then made a small adjustment to our personnel policy that indicated that CDL holding highway employees were subject to those policies. There's also the highway specific employment application and the preemployment consent forms which include a consent for preemployment drug testing and the authorization to pull their records from the clearinghouse.
