I have photo copied all my PTR's onto acid free 8 1/2 x 11 paper and have
placed them cronologically into binders. I use three inch loose binders
just like the land record books so that they can come apart to copy them.
I purchase the book after I have completed the copying so that the binding
reflects the name Town of Guilford PTRS with the years that are in the
binder. They now sit very nicely on the shelves and it is easy to find.
They are a permanent record so this is really preserving them.

This system really works great! Once they are all copied and bound you can
get rid of the skimpy carbon copies.

I charge $1.00 per copy for a PTR

Guilford
