Good morning Nancy,

Handouts are fine for the open or floor meeting.

Best Regards, Kathy

>Here in Stamford we have town meeting on Monday night and will be voting all articles from the floor. (Australian ballot the next day for only election of officers.) We have two articles placed by petition on the warrant for Monday night, one to remove our troops from Iraq and the other to impeach Bush. The backers of these articles asked if they could have handouts for Monday night. I thought it would be OK but wanted to check this out first. So, would it be allowable to have handouts for these two questions at town meeting on Monday night? Thanks, Nancy
