Any clerk and/or treasurer who would like to become a Certified Municipal
Clerk and/or Certified Municipal Treasurer, and have a completed application
(with the needed documentation and sponsor letter and application fee of
$25.00), should submit their application by no later than August 1, 2003 to
the following address:

        VMCTA CC&CE Committee

        Randolph Town Clerk & Treasurer
        Drawer B
        Randolph, VT 05060
