Pretty freely - however, for tax sale, other areas that collect money... then that is a JE back to our office from whatever is collected and it is expected that the copies are included in the fee. I make a copy of the deeds for the Listers when I give them the PTTRs.

Subject: Vault Copy Questions
How freely do you provide copies of deeds, inter office wise?
We have the Town Manager collect recording dollars for permits, etc. and it is a JE to the Clerk budget. But if needed for other things?
Do all other respective offices pay for deed copies?
