It's 5 pm. Even if they put it in the drop box. I check the box and
fax at 5 before I leave. I believe this are too late.

Subject: petitions

Last night at 7:00 PM I received a faxed petition for an office. First,
statute says it must be filed with the Town Clerk by 5:00 PM but has
anyone ever had a petition faxed to their office?
