Putney recently voted to have an appointed Treasurer. For those towns with appointed Treasurer's will you continue to follow 16 V.S.A. 426 with regard to the Treasurer being the School District Treasurer as a default? Which town, if any, has authorized the school district to manage their school accounts including cutting checks, warrants, signing checks and reconciling their own accounts?
