Colleen, in Middlebury we treat it as double recording. If the individual
wants it recorded in the land records we charge the $7 per page to record
it. We also have to record it as a UCC because it will need to have a UCC #
and be filed with our UCCs. We therefore charge the $10 to record the UCC in
addition to the land recording. Let me know what you find out from others.
