Hello fellow public sssssssssservants!
Jeannine - you've hit the nail on the head. In fact, I'd expand upon your
thoughts and suggest that if we're trying to fix the problem of having MHOs
moved without the proper paperwork, why don't we enforce the laws that
currently exist???? Sounds like another issue burning in the bellies of
our lawmakers, doesn't it? Legislate it, that'll fix it. Yeah, right!
How about stopping a truck on the road dragging one of these things around
and asking to see the copy of the notarized bill of sale??? How about
fining the people driving the truck a few times until it sinks in that it
will no longer be tolerated???
