Brandon has 4 installments. I send out a welcome package to new owners with their deed and a copy of the tax return and tax status. I also send info on homestead election.

Subject: Multiple tax payments

In Towns that have more than one tax payment I'm wondering if you send reminders for each installment prior to the due date?  If so how do you do this in NEMRC?

If you don't send out reminders how do you handle properties that changed hands after you mailed the initial tax bill?
