Subject: Odd Fellows & Fees
Hi,
Are there any Towns out there that still have an active Odd
Fellows
organization? One of my constituents has some historical
Odd Fellow items
and would like to be able to pass them on to an active Odd
Fellows chapter
if one still exists.
Also, for Town Clerks who are on salary only, how does your
Town handle the
fees that go the the Clerk's Office for vital record fees
pursuant toTitle
18 sections 5009, 5010, 5073, 5075-5078, 5168 & 5202a.
Also Title 15
sections 449 & 816. These are the fees related to corrected
birth
certificates, vital records transmitted to the commissioner
of health etc.
I'd be interested to hear from Clerks on fees and
salary/fees also.
Thanks.
Linda Spence:)
