Thank you for your response.
Now, I have another question regarding this vote. In today's (2/6/03)
Brattleboro Reformer, there is an article about the L&G Budget being
voted down. The Chair (Wendy Freisen) states that "the australian ballot
system will not take effect until next year".  Is that true? I was of
the understanding that if the voters voted for australian, it took
effect immediately with the next vote?
