Wow - I'm glad I live in a small town and  don't have the dilemmas that you
have - what an intriguing question!  I don't know how you could charge
$1.00 a click, as you're not making the "copies", but you would have to
charge Something.  This could definitely be precedent setting  - tread
lightly!
