The pros I can think of..would be that the record would have a much longer
life being recorded into the land records on archival paper.  The cons,
with mobile homes changing hands as often as they do here in Manchester,
why clog up the land records anymore for a document with information that
in actuality has a life expectancy of approx. 5-10 years?  If it works,
don't fix it.  Linda:)
