Town Clerks
As most of us serve as the BCA clerk which includes tax appeal hearings,
who writes the actual decision?
I have spent numerous hours making sure everything is done for each hearing,
copies of letters, site committees, etc, etc and now the Board wants me to
write +/- 30 decisions and I don't feel this is part of the clerk's
responsibility.
In other towns, who writes the decisions?
Thanks much
Nettie Gruber - Ludlow
