Good Morning Nettie:

In Grand Isle they are filed alphabetically by "seller" by year "April 1st - March
31"st, in two year increments in a 3" three ring binder.

Then I transfer them to a top tab expanding wallet with a velcro closure again two
years in one wallet.

Recently I have been told by both realtors and appraisers that they would like to
see then filed chronologically.

From my end I search most often by seller. What about you?

Have a good day.
