Westford pays 100% of an employee's premium for a single person policy.
This is for health insurance only; we do not have dental, life or disability
insurance through the town. If an employee has a 2 person or family plan,
the town and employee each pay 50%. Any deductibles, co-pays, co-insurance,
etc. is paid by the employee according to the policy.

I attended a seminar lastweek, and had been told that some towns pay 100%
for their employees insurance. If there are towns that pay a percentage,
what percent do the employees pay out of pocket? What insurance coverage is
included?
Thanks for any information
