This certainly seems confusing to me! I would think that if the State is
going to move them they would have to have them released first by the Town
Clerk. In order for the Town Clerk to release them wouldn't the State have
to pay the delinquent taxes first? And does the State actually own the mobil
homes or just the land they are located on?
