If people ask to have them mailed, we tell them that we will do that on
Weds. and Fridays. If needed right then, we will make copies or fax them,
if necessary. We don't charge - I figure for what they pay in taxes they
ought to get a copy for nothing. But it is a pain and it's discouraging to
see that people seem to assume it's easier for us to get a copy, (which I've
been told more than once), than it is to keep their own records.
