I too have had a problem with this, but I do the copies by mail, or fax or
whatever at no charge.  After all that's what we're there for.  The problem
is in making the copies from the NEMRC program.  The listers are unable to
make any changes in case someone needs a copy.  I've decided that next year
I'll make copies of all the bills before mailing them so that work can
proceed on the next year's Grand List.  I've had requests for about 50
bills. The taxpayers need to know that it is an important necessity to keep
a copy of their bill if they want to collect under Act 60.  Any ideas on
that?
