Hi Kathy,

I don't think that requiring the Bill of Sale would stop the problem of
moving mobile homes around without the proper documentation. Getting
people to file the form is the main problem. I know that mobile homes are
not supposed to be moved without proof that the taxes are paid - but who
checks??? We have them disappear all the time - to who knows where.

What would be the purpose of requiring the form to be recorded?

Jeannine
